Who operates this site

This website is operated by Arjo and Srivathsan, under the name Pilcrow. Contact us at team@pilcrow.legal.

What we collect and why

When the form is enabled, it collects your name and email address, and any organisation, role or workflow description you choose to share. It also records whether you are open to a workflow conversation, the form source and this notice’s version.

We use the information you submit to respond to your interest, arrange a workflow conversation if you request one, and contact you about early access. This is not an unrelated newsletter subscription. Please do not include confidential information, client details or documents.

Services that process information

Formspree processes form submissions and sends them to our team. Its service may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, for delivery, security and spam filtering. See Formspree’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts this website. The hosting provider may process technical request data to deliver and protect the site. Provider processing may take place outside Singapore. We do not use marketing analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embeds. Fonts are served with this website.

How long information is kept

Deletion and stopping contact

To request deletion or ask us to stop contacting you, email team@pilcrow.legal. We will handle requests for records we control and work with our providers where needed; provider backups and security records may follow their own retention processes.
